1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TaleHive ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TaleHive is a personalized storybook creation app that uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and illustrations based on photos you provide. The App is operated by Smartbee LLC.

3. Account and Authentication

• You must sign in using Apple Sign-In to use TaleHive
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account

4. Credits and In-App Purchases

• TaleHive uses a credit system for AI-powered features
• New accounts receive complimentary welcome credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
• Credit prices and amounts are subject to change
• Unused credits do not expire

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Stories and illustrations generated by TaleHive are created using AI technology
• You retain rights to the photos you upload
• Generated storybooks are for personal, non-commercial use
• You may share generated storybooks with family and friends
• You may not resell or commercially distribute AI-generated content from TaleHive

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the App's security measures
• Use the App to generate content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Content generated by AI may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect
• We continuously improve our AI systems but cannot guarantee perfect results
• You should review all generated content before sharing with children
• Smartbee LLC is not responsible for the specific content produced by AI models

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The App requires an internet connection for AI features
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartbee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TaleHive. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may stop using TaleHive at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TaleHive after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
